The Complete Home Furnishing Process
Efficiency and happiness are our goals. We don't want to spend weeks with mood boards, phone calls, and multiple trips. Let's define what would be best for you and get it done. Here is our process:
Step 1
Consultation & Rates
Chat with MHL at no cost to understand scope and if we would be a good fit. Next, schedule time with MHL for an in-person visit to your home where budget, inspiration, and options can be explored. The hourly rate is $250 per hour. If your order exceeds $7,500, this fee is taken off of your furniture purchase price.
Step 2
Ordering
Once the items are decided on, a 50% deposit is due to MHL for your order (the remainder is due on completion). Once your payment is received, your order is placed with our supplier and a delivery date is scheduled. You will be updated regularly on the status of your order. Orders can be available as quickly as 3 business days or they could take as long as 10 business days.
Step 3
Delivery
When the items are ready, we coordinate a date to bring them by and start work. Usually, these items are delivered to you on the same day they are received by MHL. For smaller loads, our 25' electric box truck can handle the job. For bigger loads, a larger truck will be accommodated. MHL will work with you on logistic details.
Once they are Ordered, the Items are Yours
Because we buy in large loads, individual items can only be returned if there is an issue. We take damaged items back on the spot and order a replacement. If a piece isn't quite right for you after getting it, we can discuss options to take the pieces off of your order.
Unloading and Set-up with Care
As your pieces are unloaded and moved into your home, we take great care to respect your property. We can lay down runners, put on booties, and avoid nicking walls. Our designer will then arrange the pieces as they are unloaded and our crew will remove all trash.
Full-Stack Service with no Hassle
From delivery to set up, positioning, decorating, and garbage removal, we handle it all. You pay for your furniture, a minimal delivery fee, and sales tax. That's it! Whether you are focusing on just a few pieces, one room, or your whole home, we will make it effortless.

Delivery times are dependent on a variety of factors. Some items can be delivered on the same day. Late night deliveries are available.

Pickup for free in Kirkland, WA
Deliveries will be made in a 22 foot long box truck at about 10.5 feet tall
